Bat Exclusion
After locating "main" bat exit/entrances, the entire structure will be sealed using various construction materials and innovative products. Problem bats will be allowed to exit at dusk via "main" exits. One-way doors (device to allow exit but not reentry) will then be affixed over "main" exits to allow remaining bats to exit over a one-to-three week period (bats will not be harmed in accordance with PA law.)  After this time interval, the one-way doors will be removed and main exits permanently sealed. Your structure will now be bat-free -- guaranteed!

Guano Cleanup / Disinfections / Deodorizing
In some instances, pest bat colonies will accumulate moderate to excessive amounts of guano (bat droppings) and urine in attics and crawl spaces. This guano can contain  disease-causing organisms, cause odor problems, and is considered a health hazard. Using protective equipment, our people will enter attics, clean and dispose of guano and contaminated insulation and other material. The attic will then be disinfected/deodorized using products designed for this specific purpose. Replacement of insulation is also offered.
